I already praised Japanese Hifi in digiTool 2.0. As you can see in the current setup there's again a Japanese CD player.
I did a lot of A-B listening with the Onkyo and a cheap CD-Player with the DDDAC1543, Doedes new DAC might even be better !
Though the Onkyo was very good, I decided do sell it, cause the sound of the DDDAC1543 was long term more to my taste.
Now I needed a good CD-Player to feed the DDDAC1543. After some WWW-research I decided to buy a model
out of the Pioneer PD-S* series, cause it's highly praised because of its platter-drive and the overall build quality.
After starting with a PD-S604 I currently own a PD-S801.
This chap is build like a tank and a wonderful combination when using the DDDAC1543.
As you can see at the above picture, I also furthermore stick with the modded Musical Fidelity X-10D.
